If your new piece doesn't work for you, we understand!  Included with every order is a pre-paid return envelope. 

• We will happily refund your purchase if returned within 30 days with tags attached.

• We will be happy to issue you a store credit for any items returned within 30 days without attached tags.

• No refunds will be issued after 30 days.  If you feel you have extenuating circumstances or a quality control issue, please contact us directly.

Return Procedure:

1. Send us an email through our Initiate A Return page and let us know a return is on the way.  We will email you a return label.

2. Package up your return in the prepaid return envelope you received with your order, attach the label we just emailed you, and pop it in your outgoing mail.

3. Relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy your day.  It's that simple! 

As soon as we receive the item we will either credit your original form of payment or issue a store credit, depending on the criteria of the above stated policy.
